Fire air grilles
Basic information
The fire air grill is used at the end of ventilation duct (no fan) in a wall or built into the wall without duct and serves to separate fire compartments in case of fire for avoiding the spread of fire between adjacent fire compartments. Under normal operating conditions the fire air grille is open and in case of fire closes and by means of expanding material is sealed against the penetration of fire and smoke.
